What we do in the bay
Four things, done properly. If a job falls outside these we will say so and point you somewhere that does it well.
Electrical systems
Dual-battery setups, DC-DC charging, isolation and distribution. Fused correctly at both ends and documented so the next person can follow it.
Half day to two days
Lighting
Auxiliary bars, pods, work lights and full replacement lamps. Aimed on a wall at measured distance, not by eye in the car park.
Two hours upward
Installation
Anything we sell, fitted by the people who sold it. Looms run inside trim, joints sealed, and every hole we make is one we would make in our own vehicle.

Ratings measured at the lens
Output figures on this site are what the lamp actually puts out, not the sum of what its diodes could theoretically produce. It makes our numbers look smaller than some competitors, and it is the only figure worth comparing.

We install what we sell
Nothing reaches the catalogue until it has been through the bay. If a part is awkward to fit, fails early or arrives with the wrong hardware, we stop stocking it rather than passing the problem on.

Wiring included and correctly sized
Where a part needs a harness, the harness in the box is sized for the actual load and fused at both ends. It costs us more per unit than shipping a thin generic loom.

Warranty covers the labour too
Twenty-four months on parts and on our fitting. If something we installed fails inside that window, taking it apart again is on us.

Toyota Land Cruiser 78
A 50-inch combo bar on custom gutter mounts, wired through a six-gang panel with individual breakers. The loom runs inside the A-pillar trim, so nothing is visible from the cabin.

Dual-battery system with DC-DC charging
Mitsubishi Delica L400
A second battery under the passenger seat, charged by a 20 A DC-DC unit and isolated by a voltage-sensitive relay. The fridge circuit now holds voltage overnight without touching the starter battery.

Reverse camera and parking sensor retrofit
Ford Transit Custom
Four flush-mounted sensors in the rear bumper and a camera in the handle recess, both feeding the factory head unit. Calibrated against the van's actual rear overhang rather than a generic profile.

Volkswagen Crafter
Two 100 W folding panels on the side door and a telescopic bar light over the workbench, all on a dedicated circuit with a low-voltage cutout so the van still starts at the end of a long call-out.

Full loom repair after rodent damage
Nissan Patrol Y61
Thirty-one broken conductors traced, repaired with tinned splices and adhesive-lined shrink, then re-sleeved in braided conduit. Every repair sits outside the original tape wrap so it can be inspected later.
Auxiliary lighting
Amber and white dual-function bar
Isuzu D-Max
An 18-inch dual-function bar behind the grille, switched between white driving light and amber for dust and fog. Wired on a relay that drops the bar out when the high beam cancels.
