Delivery options

We dispatch stocked items on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon go out on Monday.

Courier delivery	$6, free over $150. One to three working days.
Collection from the workshop	Free. Ready the same day on stocked items.
Collection with fitting	Free on the parts. Labour quoted separately.

Oversized items

Light bars over 32 inches, tripod work lights and cable reels travel as oversized freight. We will call before dispatch to confirm the surcharge rather than adding it silently at checkout. In most cases collection is the cheaper option and we will say so.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none. The part must come back unused and in its original packaging, and the return postage is yours unless the part was wrong or faulty. Refunds go back the way you paid, within five working days of the part reaching us.

Electrical components that have been wired in cannot be returned as unused, because once a terminal is crimped we cannot resell it. That is not a policy we can bend, so please check fitment before you cut anything.

Faulty parts and warranty

Everything carries a 24-month warranty. If we installed it, the warranty covers the labour to remove and refit as well as the part. Bring the vehicle in, or send us photographs and the order reference and we will arrange collection of the part.

Excluded: physical damage, water ingress on a part rated below the conditions it was used in, modifications made after fitting, and fair wear on consumables such as bulbs and fuses.

Wrong part sent

If we picked the wrong item, tell us and we will send the right one immediately and collect the wrong one at our cost. You should not be out of pocket, and you should not have to wait for the return to arrive before the replacement ships.

How to start a return

Call the parts counter on +1 (313) 880-3277 or use the contact form with your order reference. We will give you a return number; parcels without one take longer to process because we cannot match them to an order.
