How the tiers work
Your tier is set by what you spend with us over a rolling twelve months. Cross a threshold and the new rate applies from your next order; there is nothing to claim and no paperwork to file. If your spend drops, you keep your tier until the end of the calendar year, so a quiet quarter does not cost you the rate you earned.
What it costs to join
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no annual fee and no minimum order. The only requirement for Partner tier is a registered business, because that tier carries payment terms.
Priority booking
Fleet and Partner accounts get first call on workshop slots. In practice that means if you ring on Monday for a vehicle that has to be back on the road by Wednesday, we will find you a slot ahead of general bookings.
Payment terms
Partner accounts settle on 30-day terms against a monthly statement. Below that tier we take payment at the counter, on collection, or by bank transfer before dispatch.
Opening an account
Send us your business name, the vehicles you work on and roughly what you expect to spend. We will set the opening tier and confirm the same day.
